Today's presentation, hosted by the Mayor, attended by the President of Cyprus, the Deputy Minister of Tourism and other officials, was not just about tourism, promotion or slogans.
What touched me most was something deeper:
Ethos defines your logos.
In Greek, logos is not just a word. It is meaning, reason, identity, message. And ethos is the truth behind it. Who you really are. What you truly represent. Not based on what you say, but on the footprint you leave behind.
Branding is not only a logo, a campaign or a nice phrase. Branding is the vibe you leave behind. And how others feel, remember and interpret that vibe.
For a region like ours, this matters. Because Paralimni-Deryneia is not just a destination. It is people. Memory. Coastline. History. Faith. Hospitality. Resilience. Future.
The challenge is not to invent an identity. The challenge is to reveal the one that already exists, with clarity, honesty and pride.
Very deep. Very necessary.
