Lefteris Souttos

Founding Partner — Cyprus

Over twenty years of experience in Cyprus's real estate and development industry, with deep specialisation in land acquisition, joint-venture structuring, and international investor partnerships. Has held senior business development leadership across some of the region's leading development groups, driving the formation of regional business hubs across Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and Ukraine, and structuring high-value land deals across the Famagusta district. Holds an MBA in Tourism Management & Finance from Institut Universitaire Kurt Bosch (Switzerland) and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of New York in Prague, with advanced executive certifications from CIIM and RICS in Real Estate Appraisal, Performance Measurement, and Negotiation. Non-Executive Director at Cliff Capital Growth AIF and an active member of the Famagusta Chamber of Commerce (EBEA) and Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KEBE). His work is guided by a single belief carried through every YourKeys project: authentic spaces, calm living, and homes designed to be felt — not simply seen.

Navneet Mandhani

Founding Partner — International

A forward-thinking entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience across telecom, trading, shipping and large-scale real estate. With a background in advanced engineering studies in the United States and firmly entrenched in the UAE, Navneet has been instrumental in scaling a global footprint across Cyprus, the UK, Romania and Australia. An active venture capitalist with several successful exits — and earlier tenure leading sizeable pharmaceutical projects for a Fortune 500 IT firm — he has been listed as the No. 2 Real Estate Leader by Arabian Business Review and is regularly featured in top leadership rankings across the Middle East and Asia.

Capt. Pradeep Singh

Founding Partner — Strategy & Operations

Over three decades of leadership across shipping, real estate and technology, bringing a rare blend of operational depth and strategic foresight. A Master Mariner by training, Captain Singh holds an MBA, an MSc in Finance and an LLM from Manchester, Northumbria and Northampton Universities, alongside CPA, CMA and CGMA qualifications, and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School OPM Program. Founder of Aethon Group, a globally leading marine risk advisory firm, and Spectrum Networks, a technology consulting enterprise, he is regularly featured in Forbes and listed among the most powerful and influential leaders across the GCC and Asia.
