I wanted to find out whether I could build something from zero: take an idea, learn what it would require, and keep working until it could stand on its own.

The lessons that shaped YourKeys came through hands-on experience. I learned to look closely at land, assess what might be possible, and understand that an opportunity needs more than promise. It needs an honest view of risk, clear responsibilities, aligned partners, and disciplined execution. We take time to understand the risks, track the indicators that matter, and do our best to achieve the targets we set.

When I began sharing my vision for YourKeys, I spoke with friends who had seen how I worked in practice. They knew the effort behind the idea. They chose to invest in it and build it with me.

That trust gave the vision a beginning. It also gave us a responsibility: to be clear with one another, make decisions with care, and do what we say we will do.

Today, YourKeys works across Cyprus real estate advisory and development structuring. We assess land and feasibility, help bring investors and partners into alignment, and support opportunities through disciplined execution and delivery.

For us, “shared truth” means being open about potential, risk, and responsibility. “Shared value” means considering what a decision creates for everyone involved over time. These are practical standards for how we work.
